In January, while the public schools are closer for winter break, La Casita staff prepare for the year ahead. It’s an exciting time for renewal and replenishment. With the Vision and Mission of La Casita in focus, Lidya and Anna Olivia evaluate the variety and success of programs and classes as well as ways of improving them. They also consider staff improvements and recommendations and the potential for new initiatives.
