Constitution –  InnovativeCommunities.Org Foundation:

i) to relieve poverty by

• researching, modifying or developing innovative methods to provide the poor with the necessities of life and disseminating the results of such research to the public.
• using innovative methods to provide the poor with the necessities of life.

ii) to advance education by

• researching, modifying or developing innovative methods to enable children and adults to learn and disseminating the results of such research to the public.
• providing scholarships, tuition, supplies and other necessities for students to attend school.

iii) to carry on ancillary and incidental activities that further these charitable purposes.
