Construction has begun on the second house; the first one will be located in Nyamuhunga village. The village council decided who was most in need of a new home.

The first house, located on the Kagondo Trade School campus, was completed, and families of two teachers are now living there. As expected this first construction project had a steep learning curve as it was the first house in the region to be constructed using HICSEB technology.
