ICO Communities and ICO Centres work collegially together online and in person utilising the ICO Online Office.
ICO Communities
ICO Communities are the basic organizational foundation of ICO and consist of ICO Friends around the World. ICO Friends especially include those who we are privileged to assist and share.
Council of ICO Communities:
Consists of a Representative from each ICO Community and acts as a sharing and advisory body to the Foundation.
Secretariat:
Provides support and development services to the Council of ICO Communities and all ICO Communities.
ICO Centres
ICO Centres are the service arm to ICO Communities providing specialized services and functions and organized by functional Groups.

Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible to the membership and the community for InnovativeCommunities.Org Foundation and focuses to Governance, Transparency, Strategic Planning and Overall Policy. The Board is elected by the Members of Foundation who are all volunteers in active Team Member roles or who have an approved leave-of-absence for a maximum of one year.
